Obituary: Ethel Stoneman Easter
Ethel Stoneman Easter of Fancy Gap, Va., born on June 30, 1927, went to her everlasting rest on Monday, Jan. 13, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 67 years Clyde E. Easter, 4 sons Arthur Easter, David (Becky) Easter, Daniel (Wanda) Easter, and Timothy (Colette) Easter. She was predeceased by her parents Arthur Roscoe and Linnie Edwards Stoneman, brothers Guy (Arlene) Stoneman and Barney (Sally) Stoneman and sister Ruth (Ruben) Bunn.
She is survived by her seven grandchildren, Kin Easter, Curt Easter, Craig Easter, Maria (Adam) Cottingham, Luke Easter, Amy (Caleb) Clayton and Emily Easter who will serve as active pallbearers. Her ten surviving nieces and nephews will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Mrs. Easter was a loyal wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly, watercolor painting, gardening and making music. She was loved by everyone.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2 p.m. with Minister Worley King officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
