Brentwood Academy shook off a slow start, trailing 14-9 at the end of the first quarter, the held Harpeth Hall to five total points in two quarters, rolling to a 54-29 win over the Honey Bears. Anna Stephens was the top scorer for BA with 16 points and India Hall added 10.
Dickson County 63 at Ravenwood 38
A slow start doomed the Raptors at home, falling to Dickson County 63-38. Emily Allen was the top scorer for Ravenwood with 9 points.
Creek Wood 60 at Fairview 20
Krya Bowman scored 6 points to lead all Fairview scorer’s in a 60-20 loss at home to Creek Wood.
Cascade 54 at Page 39
A scoring drought in the second and third quarters dug a hole the Patriots could not dig out of in a 54-39 loss to Cascade at home. Marlee Stephens had 15 points, including 3-three pointers for Page.
Summit 40 at Centennial 35
Summit outscored Centennial by 12 in the second half pick up a road win 40-35. Teondra Crawford, who played her freshman year at Centennial, put up 21 points and Zacharyia Esmon added 10. Jordan Jones’ 18 was tops for the Cougars.
University School of Nashville 53 at BGA 38
The Wildcats could manage double figure scoring only in the fourth quarter and wound up being upset by University School of Nashville 53-38. Freshman Allison Cowie put in 15 points for BGA and senior Caroline Abbott added 10.
At Ravenwood 53 Dickson County 42
Matthew Hailey (19) and Nick Gleason (17) combined for 36 points, leading Ravenwood to a 53-42 road win at Dickson County. The victory leaves Ravenwood in second place in District 11-AAA with a two game lead over Franklin and Independence.
Brentwood Academy 60 at MBA 53
Jeremiah Oatsvall scored 18 points and Gavin Schoenwald had 12 as Brentwood Academy went on the road and beat MBA 60-53.
Creek Wood 79 at Fairview 40
Fairview placed three players in double figures, but it was not enough to stop Creek Wood, falling at home 79-40. Daniel Jones (14), Graham Estes (12) and Trevin Beique (10) lead Fairview.
Summit 56 at Centennial 46
John Carter (18), Damonte Williams (13) and Jack Klein (10) helped Summit pull away in the final minutes, winning on the road at Centennial 56-46 in an upset. The Cougars were led by Kevon Prince’s 12 and Brandon Smith’s 10 points.
At BGA 83 University School of Nashville 55
The state’s top ranked Division II A team had no trouble with University School of Nashville last night, scoring an 83-55 victory at home. Nathan Moran and Terrell Webster both scored 17 in the win, as twelve different Wildcats scored.
Cascade 66 at Page 55
Page fell behind early and could not make up the difference in a 66-55 home loss to Cascade. Dalton Fulmer scored 11 points for Page.
