Chambers January meeting to focus on education initiative
Local business and community members will learn more details about the Williamson Chamber’s initiative to expand support for the public schools at the membership meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 21, when Schools Superintendent Mike Looney will be the featured speaker.
The Williamson Chamber and Williamson County Schools (WCS) are working together to identify ways businesses can better support students, teachers and education programs through volunteering, partnership opportunities and more. The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. at Embassy Suites Cool Springs, 820 Crescent Centre Drive, Franklin.
The luncheon meeting, presented by Saint Thomas Health, costs $35 for members and $40 for non-members, with a $5 late fee added after noon Friday. Register now at williamsonchamber.com
