BBB hosts online safety seminar Feb. 24

On Monday, Feb. 24, BBB Middle Tennessee will host a ‘Violated Online’ seminar at the Williamson County Public Library for business owners. 
 
Author of ‘Violated Online’, Steven Wyer will educate business owners on techniques to gain control of their online business presence, handle online negative and positive reviews, and business identity theft protection.
 
This educational seminar will be held at the Williamson County Public Library at 1314 Columbia Avenue in Franklin and will be open to BBB Accredited and Non-Accredited Businesses. 
 
A light dinner will be served. Space is limited and reservations are required. Register now and learn how to protect your business from malicious online posts that can affect your business’ reputation and identity.
