WCS district ‘ready’ for new guns-in-parks legislation signed into law

Governor Bill Haslam signed into effect House Bill 0995 Friday morning that allows permit holders to carry guns in parks, eliminating the option of local governments to decide on the matter.

ACLU urges district drop Hillsboro investigation to protect teachers’ free speech
