An enthusiastic overflow crowd of business leaders, attorneys, elected officials and Williamson County citizens gathered Thursday afternoon at Puckett’s Grocery & Restaurant for the official kickoff of the re-election campaigns of incumbent circuit court judges Mike Binkley, Deanna Johnson and Woody Woodruff.

The host committee for the event, which totaled more than 260 people, included Mike Fort, who serves as campaign manager for all three judges, headed a committee of outstanding local attorneys who organized the event.

Alison Prestwood and the Alison Prestwood Revue provided entertainment with up-tempo covers and original compositions. Campaign Treasurer Julian L. Bibb III gave introductory remarks and recognized the three judges for their integrity, impartiality and ability to deliver justice in following the rule of law. Binkley, Johnson and Woodruff also each spoke to the crowd discussing their experience, judicial philosophy and longstanding service to Williamson County.

The judges asked for everyone’s vote in the Republican primary on May 3, 2022. All three are unopposed in their re-election bids.
