Barbara Sue, 71 of Franklin, Tenn., died Jan. 23, 2010. Formerly of Frankfort, Ky. she retired as personnel director for Justice Cabinet and the Dept. of Corrections, Commonwealth of Kentucky and also served as personnel director for Pillsbury in New Albany, Ind.
She was preceded in death by her parents Rufus and Clara York Hickey. Miss Hickey is survived by brother, James (Anne) Hickey of Louisville, Ky.; sisters, Roberta (Carl) Pfanstiel of Broken Arrow, Okla. and Jane (Art) Herron of Franklin, Tenn.; nine nieces and nephews; 24 great nieces and nephews.
No services are scheduled at this time.
