Happy Tales Humane officials are offering a $100 reward for the return of Charlie, a 12-pound poodle mix stolen from the no-kill shelter at The Factory at Franklin on Jan. 23.
Charlie is light tan and was wearing a red collar and blue harness at the time of his abduction, officials said. The peson who stole him appeared to be a Hispanic male, 5'9", stocky, wearing earrings and a chain. He had no facial hair except stubble, the officials said, adding he said he wanted to adopt the dog and took him for a walk and never returned.
