Shannon Patrick Garrett Sr., 35 of Brentwood, Tenn. and formerly of Las Vegas, NV, died Oct. 14, 2012.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date at the family home.
Memorials may be made to the Shannon Garrett, Jr. Educational Fund.
Arrangements are by Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin.
