Thief steals and uses credit cards from retirement facility residents

 Several credit cards were reportedly stolen from residents of The Manor at Steeplechase on Cool Springs Boulevard, Nov. 11. The suspect, in this recently obtained surveillance photo, then used the credit cards at several area Target stores to make purchases totaling more than $6,300. Although she is wearing scrubs, Franklin Police indicated the woman is not an employee of the retirement facility. She was seen leaving in a dark colored four-door sedan.
