Puckett’s Boat House offers Zydeco Dance Night
By wherald
Puckett’s Boat House, downtown Franklin’s seafood-focused eatery on East Main Street, is kicking off its monthly Zydeco Dance party Thursday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. The restaurant is urging guests to dust off their dancing shoes and join local band Ya Ya for some toe-tapping Louisiana tunes.
The Boat House will extend its happy hour to 8 p.m., and will include specials on alcoholic beverages and oysters. No cover, but tips are appreciated. Restaurant management hopes to continue to feature a Zydeco band the last Thursday of each month.
The Boat House’s grill, bar and bait shop menu offers a variety of fresh-caught Gulf seafood dishes and Southern staples, plus gourmet desserts and espresso drinks. Housed in Franklin’s old Boat Locker at 94 E. Main Street, the eatery is part of the Puckett’s family of restaurants.
