Four sergeants graduate from Police Management Program, FPD committed to team development
Four Franklin Police Sergeants graduated from Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command. Sergeants Scott Legieza, Todd Stamper, J.P. Taylor, and Eric Treanor attended the intensive 10-week program designed to help prepare police managers for senior positions. Leadership principles, human resource components, specialty programs administration, as well as planning and analysis considerations were at the center of the program.
“Continually training and developing our management team furthers our daily commitment to delivering the professional, progressive law enforcement services that our community deserves,” said Chief David Rahinsky. “The Department and I congratulate each of these men for their achievement.”
