Chad Edward Scism, 34 of Franklin, Tenn., died Jan. 2, 2013 from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident.
He was a manager at ASE Technologies.
Mr. Scism is survived by his wife, Stacey Moshopoulos Scism; father, Sterling Scism; mother, Sharon Alger (Al) Scofield; brothers, Joel and Brian Scism; nieces, Sonia Palma and Thalia Moshopoulos; nephews, George and Constantine Moshopoulos.
Funeral services were held January 5, 2013 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 4905 Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN 37220. Father Gregory Hohnholt officiating.
Arrangements are by Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home in Spring Hill.
