Franklin Housing Authority annual plan available for review
The proposed annual plan for the Housing Authority of the city of Franklin is available for public review and comment through Monday, Sept.16. The plan will be on display and can be reviewed at Franklin Housing Authority’s Central Office, 200 Spring Street, 8-4pm, Monday through Friday.
On Monday, Sept. 16 the FHA will hold a public hearing at 5 pm at the Central Office.
For more than 55 years, the FHA has provided affordable, safe housing for low and moderate-income families in Franklin. FHA operates 253 public housing units serving nearly 700 residents. Funded through rental income and subsidies from the federal Department of Housing & Urban Development, FHA also supports partnerships with programs that foster economic self-sufficiency for residents.
