Edward Neal “Eddie” Fulton, 74, passed away on July 7, 2019. 

Mr. Fulton was born in Harris County, Texas to the late Will Roy and Joyce Ardell Hortman Fulton. In his younger years, he was a PBR bull rider and loved Texas. 

He later came to Nashville and became the road manager for Jeanne Pruett Tours. He drove tour buses for Lee Greenwood, The Eagles, Loretta Lynn, Lorie Morgan and Yanni. 

He became the general manager of the Jeanne Pruett Theatre in Branson, Missouri and also with the Jeanne Pruett Feeding Friends Restaurant. He later served as an EMT for the Saturn GM Plant and was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He was also a competition clay bird shooter for Jennette Rudy Shooting Team. 

His love for the land included managing his and Jeanne’s farm, The J Bar E Ranch. He was also the captain of the “Miss Satin Sheets” Houseboat at Hurricane Marina on Center Hill Lake.

The two loves of Eddie’s life were his devotion to his wife and his love and collection of honey. He was a gentle giant with a kind spirit and will be missed by all. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Jeanne Pruett of Franklin, and stepchildren, Jack (Susan Dalton) Pruett Jr. of Hendersonville and Jael (P.C.) Salter of Franklin. 

Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Joe Copolo and Father Joseph Bren officiating. 

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park in the Garden of Grand Tour, George Jones Estate. 

Active pallbearers will be Fred Young, P.C. Salter, Joe Stampley, Joel Beld, Mike Patterson, Dab Boston, Kirk West and Jimmy Timmons. Honorary pallbearers will be Ansley Fleetwood, Teresa Fleetwood, Areeda Stampley, Jim Brady, Bob Mund, Nancy Jones, Reba Caldwell Mitweede and members of the Grand Ole Opry.
