Shelley Ann Rapp Wolf, 49 of Brentwood, Tenn., died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 at her home after a lengthy illness.
She was a registered nurse and a member of Brentwood Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by mother-in-law, Donna Wolf. Mrs. Wolf is survived by her husband, Jack Wolf; daughters, Tory, Taylor, Tara, and Tate Wolf; parents, Mel and Carol Linde Rapp; sister, Lynn White.
A memorial service was held Oct. 30, 2012 at Brentwood Baptist Church, Aaron Bryant officiating.
