Herbert Wayne Spray, 61 of Nashville, Tenn., died March 16, 2013 at his home.
Mr. Spray was preceded in death by wife, Francis Ava Spray.
Mr. Spray is survived by mother, Ollie Spray; daughters, Jennifer (Nathan) Goodrich, Fern Crutchfield and Sacha (Randy) Lewis; sister, Diana (George) Mullen; brother, Howard (Barbara) Spray and four grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
Arrangements are by Williamson Herald Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Franklin.
