Dorothy L. Williams, obituary
Dorothy L. Williams, 90 of Brentwood, Tenn., and a former long-time resident of Pinellas County, Fla., died April 11th, 2013.
Having moved from Michigan to Florida with her husband and daughters in 1956, she considered herself a true Floridian. Mrs. Williams worked as a legal secretary and then for Pinellas County in several departments. Mrs. Williams loved art and was a talented artist. Memommy, as she was affectionately called by all, loved spending time with her family. Mrs. Williams fondest memories were always those of family picnics and outings in beautiful Florida parks and beaches. Mrs. Williams was the center of her family, and will be sadly missed and never forgotten.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Earl R. Williams.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her children Gail Bennett, Wendy (Garry) Latimer, Karen (Gordon) Miller; her 6 grandchildren; Emily Mitchell, Rachel Bennett-Marrero, Cori (Kevin) Sheldon, Jeremy Latimer, Ryan Latimer, and Matt Miller; as well as 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Monday April 22 at Bay Pines National Cemetery, St. Petersburg, Fla.
Arrangements are by Williamson Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Franklin.
