High-quality, lifestyle living paving the way in College Grove

A well-known Nashville broker has a new line of work. Mary Ray, former Tennessee Realtor of the Year, is now the broker for Grove Realty, LLC. The company is selling lots and homes at The Grove in southern Williamson County.

The Grove at its core offers a lifestyle that redefines the balance between country and community living. “With so much to offer, I am thrilled to share home plans and attributes with The Grove’s prospective buyers,” Ray said. “The Grove marries historical precedence with modern living, and as a result never dates itself.”

Even through the national economic hardships over the past several years, Williamson County, with its close proximity to Nashville, affluent residents and beautiful countryside, has seen relatively minimal effects in contrast to other areas of the country.

Tennessee and Williamson County welcome more families and retirees each year who move here for the quality of life and low taxes.

Terra Verde Group, the developers behind The Grove, feel that they are in a perfect position to market the community, or lifestyle as they call it, to those looking for a change with what they see as something special in the area. They are offering upscale homes and amenities which would cost double in other similar markets.

Houses and lots have been shown to a large number of prospective buyers. Recently, during a showcase of homes in May, more than 800 people visited over two weekends.
The Grove welcomed its first residents in July.

The Grove’s community lifestyle sets the bar high for competitors. Home prices start in the 700’s.. “Club Lifestyle” comes to mind when describing all that The Grove has to offer. World-class pools and tennis courts, a Greg Norman golf course and equestrian program all exemplify what it means to live in this community.
