Spring Hill Mayor Michael Dinwiddie announced early Tuesday that TriStar Health Systems filed a certificate of need, launching a 90-day evaluation period to begin the process of establishing 24/7 emergency care facility at the intersection of Saturn Parkway and Kedron Road.
