Where They Are Now” is a new series of updates on how former Williamson County Friday night stars are now competing on Saturdays.

Throughout the college football season, we will catch you up on how our county’s own are performing at the next level. Going school-by-school in alphabetical order, this week we look at the Brentwood Bruins.

Reggie Farmer, MTSU (BHS Class ’09)-#31, Defensive Back
Farmer started off his senior year with a performance in the Blue Raider’s opening game with three solo tackles and a pass break-up in a 45-24 win vs Western Carolina. Farmer is out with an injury suffered in game two at North Carolina.

Cameron Mason, Furman (BHS Class ’09)-#49, Tight End
Mason is a senior special teams contributor and has logged multiple special teams tackles for the Furman Paladins this season.

Michael Slowey, UT Chattanooga (BHS Class ’09)- #91, Defensive Tackle
Slowey has not appeared in any of the first three games for the Mocs. Slowey played in 9 games as a junior in 2012 on special teams.

Brian Davis, Arkansas State (BHS Class ’10)-#2, Kicker
In his third year as full-time starting kicker, Davis is 3-3 on field goal attempts and 14-15 on extra points for a total of 23 points. Davis is 31 points away from the Arkansas State school record for points and just 38 points shy of the Sun Belt Conference all-time scoring record.

Jordan Evans, Brown University (BHS Class ’10)-#80, Wide Receiver
Brown won its opening game 23-17 over Georgetown. Evans, a senior starting receiver, caught a team high five passes for 30 yards. As a junior, Evans had 40 grabs for 452 yards and two touchdowns.

Daniel Hagaman, Vanderbilt (BHS Class ’10)-#84, Wide Receiver
Hagaman earned a spot on the Vandy squad as a walk-on following a student-tryout invitation by head coach James Franklin in the spring of 2011. He has worked as a practice squad player for two seasons.

Houston Brown, MTSU (BHS Class ’11)-#36, Wide Receiver
Brown has not seen any game action as a redshirt sophomore but is considered a valued practice squad member by the MTSU staff.

Josh Killett, Samford University (BHS Class ’11)-#43, Outside Linebacker
Killett has already totaled 16 tackles through the Bulldogs first four games. Killet is a back-up linebacker and an emerging special teams player as a redshirt sophomore. Tallied 19 tackles in 11 games last season.

Lucas Patrick, Duke University (BHS Class ’11)-#67, Offensive Guard
The redshirt sophomore lineman has appeared in all games for the Blue Devils as a rotating guard on the offensive line, and is expected to be a significant contributor this season. Patrick played in the final five games of last season for 137 total snaps.
