As Provided By Law, The Board Of Mayor And Alderman Shall Make No Decisions Or Consideration Of Action Of Citizen Comments, Except To Refer The Matter To The City Administrator For Administrative Consideration, Or To A Schedule The Matter For Board Consideration At A Later Date.
