Provisions Group, an IT consulting and staffing firm based in Franklin, has acquired Nashville-based Insight Powered, the companies announced Monday.

Founded in 2003, Provisions Group has more than 200 team members across the country with areas of expertise including designing and implementing cloud-first solutions with core capabilities within IT advisory and strategy, web and mobile application development, data and analytics, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT risk, DevOps and advanced workloads, salesforce, BizApps, health care IT and IT staffing and recruiting services.

Insight Powered was founded in 2018 and specializes in salesforce implementations, optimizations and support.

“Joining forces with Provisions Group will continue to strengthen and expand the combined companies’ consulting services in North America as we scale to support the salesforce ecosystem,” said Chris Camp, founder of Insight Powered.

According to the companies, Insight Powered will become a standalone division of Provisions Group and will continue to focus on salesforce implementation services, health assessments and quick-start programs for salesforce solutions.

“Both companies were already successful certified Salesforce Consulting Partners, so we are excited about this acquisition,” said Mark Freeman, CEO of Provisions Group. “It only intensifies our commitment to our salesforce partnership supporting clients with new implementations, advanced system integrations, actionable insights and post-implementation managed support services.

“The trust we have from our relationship creates the foundation for a successful partnership in unifying our teams. We are excited about the bright future that we are forging together.”
